Main session

The world of work continues to change – and the pace and complexity just stepped up a gear.

Today’s workforce is more diverse, mobile and technology enabled than ever. Everything is 24/7, on-demand and increasingly disparate. As a result, employee expectations are higher, and businesses need to be more responsive and adaptive than ever.

As the world moves towards a tech-enabled way of doing things, HR’s role will have to change. It will have to be people-first, flexible, data-driven and adaptable in the face of changing employee expectations. How does it get there? Sage chart the how and the why, using unique data from their own report.

This session will reveal:

  • How automation plays a vital role transitioning an organisation away from transactional HR.

  • The benefits automation for your HR team, workforce and business growth.

  • The five vital outcomes you can achieve by embracing HR Automation.

  • How to free up time to concentrate on what really matters as a result.

Our session will be delivered by Emma Ayton, an award-winning HR professional with experience in operational and strategic roles across many elements of HR, recruitment, talent development and change management.
