Annie has over 25 years’ experience in journalism. She started out in the newsroom at ITN and was there when the story of Jill Dando being murdered broke. She has previously been Editor of HRZone and has spent her career writing about the world of work. She has interviewed Chief People Officers for HR Grapevine from big players including Transport for London and Zurich to start-ups and entrepreneurial outfits, such as The BranchTech Group and Fever-Tree. She is a Times contributor and has by-lines in the Telegraph for her reporting on careers, entrepreneurs and money. She also writes for the Daily Mail. She once lived in the Tower of London and claims to be related to the inventor of the telephone, Sir Alexander Graham Bell.
