The Reward & Recognition issue

It’s officially Autumn! The clocks have gone back, the jumpers have been tugged out and before you know it, it’ll be time for mulled wine and gingerbread houses.

But in the world of HR, the looming winter is a source of stress and strain: how will we keep the heating on for those few days a week in the office? How will we help our people keep their heating on? How do we best communicate and reassure, yet still drive performance during such uncertain and tough times?

More importantly, with the scrabble for talent still in full swing, compensation & benefits, reward & recognition and career progression are all additional worries.

However, in a holistic HR strategy, those ‘extras’ are actually the main bread and butter for acquiring, retaining and promoting best in class talent.
