Over the past 12 months, the Better Hiring Institute (BHI) and Resourcing Leaders Community (RL Community) have worked together on the creation, ratification, and launch of a set of National Hiring Metrics for the UK.

Forming a key part of the National Hiring Strategy, the nine standardised recruitment metrics have been scrutinised and reviewed by over 60 senior talent leaders from leading UK employers.

It promises to be the “first coherent framework connecting workforce planning, skills-based hiring, and economic competitiveness.”

After an initial launch at the House of Lords on 19 March, and ahead of a hard launch at RecFest UK on 2 July, an official site hosting the metrics is now live, sharing key information for recruitment, talent acquisition (TA), and HR leaders.
