How EE transforms communities through employee volunteering

As a customer-focused brand, EE prioritises community service to build stronger partnerships in the areas it serves...

All EE employees receive three days of paid volunteering leave each year. Why is EE backing the 2025 Community Challenge?

We’re proud to be a major employer across the UK, and, in some areas, have generations of families building their careers in our contact centres and EE stores. Our Community Challenge is a natural extension of our connection with the communities we serve. It offers our teams a chance to dedicate their time and skills, going above and beyond to support local causes.
