All EE employees receive three days of paid volunteering leave each year. This year, through the EE and BT 2025 Community Challenge, they are pledging thousands of those hours to transform local charities and community spaces. Catherine Hancock, People & Culture Director, Consumer Sales & Service Operations explains how it works.

Why is EE backing the 2025 Community Challenge?
We’re proud to be a major employer across the UK, and, in some areas, have generations of families building their careers in our contact centres and EE stores. Our Community Challenge is a natural extension of our connection with the communities we serve. It offers our teams a chance to dedicate their time and skills, going above and beyond to support local causes.
