Stories of horrible bosses have long been shared between colleagues; one may have had to deal with a passive-aggressive superior, while others may have had to suffer the wrath of a constant screamer who is never happy.
Whatever it may be, the fear of going into work each day to face a bad boss can make employees feel anxious, leaving them lying awake into the early hours as they worry about what each new day will bring.
HR Grapevine previously revealed tales of some of the worst bosses, with one Reddit user recalling how their boss, who was in his late thirties, would leer over all the women in the business, meanwhile last year it was also reported that Conservative Party donor Enam Ali had been arrested following suspicions of modern-day slavery.

But just how many staff have had to put up with a bad boss in the past 12 months? ResumeLab surveyed 1,000 professionals, which discovered that 85% have had to face a bad boss for at least year, with 38% claiming that they would be willing to stick around for over three years.
