Transformation | Monaco's HRD on transforming culture
Being with the business for over one year and having come from an entirely different sector into professional beauty, I feel immensely proud to have been asked to take the position of Director of People to establish and drive the people strategy over the coming years. I am incredibly proud of my team and how far they are developed as individuals and as a team over the past six months, having come from a very reactive short-term focus to now truly adding value as a proactive partner to the business.
