How Employee Value Propositions helped DirectLine Group be a great place to work


When Craig Morgans joined DirectLine Group 15 months ago, his goal was to make a fun, engaged workforce feel even more valued. As Head of Acquisitions for the company, he handles everything from volume recruitment to executive recruitment and more. He works alongside Victoria Talbot, Head of Employee Experience and Engagement, to make sure that employees have memorable company values to work toward, but that also, those values are inspired by DirectLine employees themselves.
