What Government regulations do I need be aware of?

“There are many apprenticeship delivery rules to adhere to as part of the requirements to be an approved and registered employer or training provider. These rules raise the standards of performance in line with industry to ensure compliance and consistent quality. This is regulated by Government and there are penalties in place for non-conformance.

“It is important that the internal apprenticeship delivery and administration teams are up to date with their knowledge of the rules and their data management systems. If an organisation is subcontracting this element to a training provider, they would need to make sure they have extremely effective service level agreements and account management in place to ensure adherence.”
