Chocolate lovers only

Mondelez International, the company behind Cadbury, Milks, Prince and Oreo, is seeking a chocolate taster to maintain the quality levels that keep sugar-high seekers returning for more.

The part-time role – seven and a half hours a week, Tuesday to Thursday – will no doubt see a flood of candidates so big it would overflow Willy Wonka’s chocolate river. Therefore, candidate screening is imperative.

However, it’s important that screening is fair and sensitive. Simon Bichara, Founder of HiredByMe, told BBC News late last year that this is especially important when screening for medical issues: “There is concern about medical history screening, particularly with regard to mental health if people are not treated as individuals.”
