With hospitality known for a high turnover, has the development scheme had an impact on retention? 

“The 18-month scheme, sees graduates receive training in all sectors of the hotel business, including food and beverage, revenue management and hotel sales.

“All participants have a dedicated senior mentor, to ensure they hit the ground running and develop the skills needed for a successful future in the fast-moving industry. Once they have completed the course, the graduates “can apply and interview for a permanent position.
