Today, Britain takes to the polls to vote for who they want to form the UK’s Government for the next five years.
Electioneering, has, at times, been fractious and, sadly, beset by two separate terrorist attacks that have shocked the nation.
Yet, the UK’s electorate are proud of their democracy and many plan to enact their democratic right today – by heading to a polling station and putting an ‘x’ next to their candidate of choice.
