Why is it important for HR to be involved when it comes to apprenticeship programmes?

Having a supported apprenticeship programme helps businesses to nurture young talent and develop strong, capable leaders for the future. As HR professionals, we have an important role to play – our job is to ensure that we give apprentices the best insight into the world of work and genuine industry experience, while providing opportunities for them to grow and develop so that the programme is useful for them as well as us.
