Why office spaces are intrinsic to employee wellbeing

The brainchild of Lord Richard Rodgers and Sir Stuart Lipton, twenty years ago, saw the concept of a workplace that enriched employee’s lives through their environment, community, events and services that improve work life balance emerge.

Those first sparks of workplace wellbeing led to the creation of Chiswick Park, a major office park in West London. Currently, there are 12 buildings spanning 1.7 million square feet of office space located around a two-tiered lake and waterfall.
