What have been your most recent HR challenges at Enterprise Rent-A-Car?

My day-to-day has a lot of variety as I am involved in many business projects, so there are lots of interesting challenges that come my way!  We are a very decentralised organisation so sometimes it is challenge to make sure everyone receives the same message. We have over 400 branches in the UK that all operate in a very entrepreneurial spirit. One of the challenges is making sure everyone understands that diversity is a business issue, not an HR issue, and that everyone has a role in making Enterprise an inclusive organisation and great place for a career.
