What’s HR initiatives are you currently working on at Kellogg’s?
We have made a lot of changes to our business in the region, changes which will enhance our performance and return our business to growth. The cultural part of this journey is also crucial. To succeed in a competitive marketplace our people need to demonstrate that they have winning behaviours and we have done a lot of work to embed the right behaviours among our teams. This includes creating self-belief and a instilling a winning culture.
Our focus is very much on culture and leadership. Continuing to create and encourage the right culture within the organisation is crucial. Linked to this, we are also working to create the right behaviours among our leaders – at every level. We also have a strong Diversity & Inclusion policy and we have an active Women of Kellogg (WOK) network which aims to support more women into senior leadership positions across the organisation. We also use analytics to provide insights around how we further enhance our capability.
