How do you know when you need to fire someone from the Board?
When their presence, actions or influence is creating a negative association that exceeds acceptable conflict levels with others and or the company as a whole. This could be a textbook definition, however when it comes to people, it is never that simple.
The clearest answer [I have] heard is this: when a leader no longer has the confidence of the staff to represent them or the company’s vision of success.
