How to support a healthy workforce?

With so many employers concerned with ensuring their workforce are healthy - not to mention a workforce that is increasingly concerned with getting the right employer support when it comes to making healthy life choices - HR Grapevine spoke to Pietro Carmignani, UK Country Manager at Gympass, to find out what the best employers can do.

Carmignani firstly warned that businesses that aren't looking after their workers, whether it be via support, education or benefits, are staring at a massive potential impact to their bottom line.

He said: "Businesses across the UK are bearing the burden of unhealthy workers. From coughs and colds, to serious illnesses resulting in long-term absence from work, the cost of health affects businesses of all shapes and sizes, and is having a huge impact on the UK economy."
