Lessons from Coca-Cola's diversity focused Apprenticeships

The Government has pledged to ensure Apprenticeships are accessible to people of all backgrounds, recognising not only the need to increase opportunities, but also to showcase the benefit to businesses of widening accessibility.

Further to the launch of the Apprenticeship Levy in April 2017, the Government has announced that as part of its “2020 Vision” it is committed to increasing the proportion of apprentices from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds by 20% by 2020.
