Speaking to us last year, Diageo's Head of Talent Engagement, Andrew Porter, reflected on how it was when he started work: “If I think back to when I started to work, how we work today is just so fundamentally different. Some of this change is being driven by the digital revolution but part is being influenced by the megatrends that are going on in the outside world.

“We talk about Millennials, and the way they want to work, and what they want but I think, more importantly, there’s a piece about people adopting a Millennial ‘mindset’, as opposed to Millennials per se.”
