Work phone dating app usage revealed

With use of dating apps and dating sites soaring, its unsurprising that amorous-minded staff are using their work phones to secure dates twice as much as they were a year ago.

Tinder, Happn, Grindr and Bumble are just a few of the most popular sites that workers are spending, on average, 47 minutes a week using on their work devices – findings by data management firm Wandera revealed.

Some workers are logging on five or six times a week, with the average dating app session lasting seven minutes and 51 seconds.

However, though employees might be using their work phones, most aren’t perusing these apps during work hours.
