Prince Harry highlights detrimental effect of mental illness at work

Prince Harry has opened up about his battle with mental illness after his mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, died nearly 20 years ago.

Speaking on a podcast released by The Daily Telegraph, the 32-year-old admitted to “not thinking” about it until his late 20s, when he had two years of “total chaos” and came to the brink of a “complete breakdown”.

He called on those in similar situations to get help: “[Staying silent will] only ever . . . make it worse.

“You will be surprised, firstly, how much support you get.”
