Prince Harry has opened up about his battle with mental illness after his mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, died nearly 20 years ago.
Speaking on a podcast released by The Daily Telegraph, the 32-year-old admitted to “not thinking” about it until his late 20s, when he had two years of “total chaos” and came to the brink of a “complete breakdown”.
He called on those in similar situations to get help: “[Staying silent will] only ever . . . make it worse.
“You will be surprised, firstly, how much support you get.”
