We're a week through March, which - albeit optimistically - means we are practically knocking on Spring's doorstep, hoping that the daffodils will continue to bloom and those beautiful sunrises will blossom into blue-skied days.
Last week also marked the beginning of Lent, a period in which Christians traditionally abstain from luxury foods. Theresa May has decided to give up crisps (salt and vinegar are said to be her particular weakness) whilst others are using the period as an opportunity to take a break from social media. With our online lives integral to how we desire our ‘public image’ to be perceived, it must be a refreshing decision to not place everything we do under a spotlight and let social media feeds steal our precious time.
