President Trump, in strictly media terms, is a 365-day a year soundbite-making, non-stop social media juggernaut whose tweets, press-conference answers and spats are constantly making headlines.

It is of no surprise then, that the real estate heir’s latest comments – on just how his meeting with Theresa May will go down – topped the papers and trended online.

Reported, almost unilaterally, were Trump’s claims that due to his lack of Commerce Secretary and May’s wish to talk trade, he will, verbatim: “Handle it myself.”

With Trump running roughshod over his press team’s attempts to rein in his fiery tweets, this latest ‘I’ll-do-it-myself’ outburst, has illuminated a facet of leadership that garners little attention: delegation.
