'World's Best' | 90% of employees are proud to work at Mastercard - here's why

As one of the Forbes World’s Best Employers for 2025, Mastercard is setting the standard for outstanding HR and talent processes.

The results are hard to ignore. As revealed in its 2025 Impact Report, over 90% of employees for the payments giant say they are proud to work for the company.

Headline stats

According to the report, which covered the year to 31 December 2025, Mastercard's global headcount grew 13% YoY to 39,800 employees in 2025.
