The lift in sentiment has been driven by investments in areas including career development, workload management, and tackling workplace conflict and discrimination.

Ele Morrissey, Executive Director of People, praised the “encouraging” results, but maintained there are key areas of the employee experience for her team to improve.

Engagement ‘up’ at University of Manchester

7,445 colleagues took part in this year’s employee engagement survey, known as ‘Your Voice Matters.’
