Insurance giant AXA has launched a drama-led video training programme as a free resource to help employers better support staff affected by domestic violence.

The training comes at no cost to participating organisations, enabling HR and people teams to take simple, safe, and practical action on the issue.

Employers such as L'Oréal Groupe, LVMH, and Orange have already committed to running the training.

Supporting employees affected by domestic abuse

In England and Wales alone, an estimated 2.3 million people experience domestic violence and abuse each year.
