Modern corporate wellbeing are less about one-off perks and more about embedded, preventative programmes, Rolls-Royce’s Global Head of Wellbeing has said.
Nikki Kirbell, who leads international employee health efforts at the engine manufacturer, revealed her expectations for the future of the field in a post on LinkedIn.
She outlined five key predictions she believes will shape the “next few years” of wellbeing, including experimentation with flexible working formats and the measurement of leaders on wellbeing outcomes.

Kirbell stated that the wellbeing discipline is going through a major transformation, “shifting from one off perks and health campaigns to embedded organisational strategy.”
