‘Removing the taboo’ | How Savills is breaking down the stigma for staff with hidden disabilities

Savills has launched a campaign celebrating staff with hidden disabilities and raising awareness about the taboos they face in the workplace.

In the latest video installment of its 'Proud Voices' campaign, four employees shared their stories and experiences managing non-visible disabilities at work.

Alongside the video, released on the International Day for Persons with Disabilities (3 December), the real estate firm also announced its membership of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Network.

Some disabilities, chronic illnesses, or conditions are not immediately obvious to others, making it harder for people to understand that someone needs support, including in the workplace.
