Canva has a Vibe team.

Yes, an entire team dedicated to bringing the good vibes. A team that elevates TikTok’s ‘personality hire’ trend several notches, uniting a group of staff hell bent on making work more enjoyable for their colleagues.

Or, to use Canva’s own, slightly more HR-ified definition, a “multidisciplinary group dedicated to the employee experience.” Id est, they bring the good vibes!

Faye Longhurst, Regional People Lead for EMEA, tells HR Grapevine that these are the people who “intentionally design the moments that make Canva feel welcoming, inspiring, and uniquely us.”
