‘Essential’ | Vodafone achieves 'Fertility Friendly' accreditation after launching online support community

Vodafone has been officially recognised as a ‘Fertility Friendly’ workplace, following the launch of an internal, online community for employees to raise awareness and share support.

The telecoms firm became the first in its industry to become a Fertility Friendly Accredited workplace, joining organisations from other sectors such as Lloyds Banking Group and Selfridges & Co.

A statement from Vodafone celebrated the certification, calling it a marker of its “commitment to support employees through every stage of their lives, including those navigating their fertility journey.”

‘Fertility Friends’ – Vodafone recognised for investment in fertility resources

The accreditation, awarded by Fertility Matters at Work (FMAW), comes after the telco company launched a range of tools and resources earlier in the year to help drive awareness of fertility issues and build a culture of inclusion.
