Manchester United kicks off search for new HR leader

Manchester United has begun its search for a new HR leader.

In March, it was revealed that the club’s current People & Transformation Director, Annie Hale, would be leaving the Premier League club at the end of the 2024/25 season.

Hale makes up a trio of departing executives. She had held her position since 2019, first as HR Director, then People & Sustainability Director, before taking her current job title in September 2024.

She previously held a mixture of HRD and senior HR roles at Manchester Airport Group, HSS Hire, Phones4U and Marks & Spencer.
