Just as great bands need “regular tune-ups,” Tingvall believes businesses need to frequently check in with employees (“bandmates”) to ensure they still resonate with company values, mission, and culture.
In a blog post on Spotify’s website, Tingvall confirmed the music streaming platform is conducting a “culture check-in or refresh” for the first time since 2021, this time dubbed: 'The Band Evolution.'
