LinkedIn Top 25 | To rank or not to rank: Are 'top employer' lists a big deal?

To rank or not to rank: Are 'top employer' lists a big deal?

Another week, another set of company rankings.

LinkedIn is not the only ‘list’ curator to bestow the title of top, great, or best to an elite cohort of employers, usually segmented further based on size, industry, or category (inclusion, culture, career development), with such rankings seemingly cropping up more than ever on employer branding and in social media humble-brags.
