Travel broadens the mind, as the saying goes.

It turns out that Gen Z employees are particularly on board with the adage typically found on inspirational posters and Pinterest boards.

In fact, according to a recent American Express study, a whopping 59% of 18- to 24-year-olds expect more business travel within the next six months—more so than any other generation.

Known as ‘blesiure,’ the combination of business and leisure travel has been an increasingly large part of the employee experience conversation since the rise of remote and hybrid working.
