It’s that time of year when people managers and employees alike are preparing to curl up on the sofa, overindulge in a box of Celebrations (minus the Bountys, of course) and stick on a variety of Christmas films. 

Despite having seen them many times, your favourite Christmas classics are like a comfy pair of pyjamas… you just can’t wait to get them on.

But have you ever thought about what these films could teach you about HR? Of course you haven’t, that would be crazy.
