The UK Government's newly unveiled Get Britain Working white paper has sparked widespread discussion among employment and HR experts. The white paper outlines a strategic plan to tackle economic inactivity and enhance the UK’s workforce participation.

Key measures include transforming Jobcentres into a National Jobs and Careers Service, launching a Youth Guarantee for 18 to 21-year-olds, and introducing a £40 million Growth and Skills Levy. With the ambitious goal of increasing the employment rate from 75% to 80%, the proposals aim to bring around two million more people into the workforce.
