Microsoft’s Chief Diversity Officer has reemphasised the company’s ongoing commitment to D&I as some US-based employers scale back their efforts.
In an exclusive interview with HR Grapevine, Lindsay-Rae McIntyre, Microsoft’s Chief Diversity Officer and Corporate Vice President of Talent and Learning spoke on the importance of sustained, steady progress above quick “overnight fixes.”
The technology giant shared its 2024 pay equity report earlier this week, disclosing data points on gender, racial, and ethnic minority group representation. In the report, Microsoft notes it has achieved pay equity for women relative to men and racial and ethnic minority groups relative to white employees.
