National Inclusion Week 2024, running from 23rd to 29th September, is a significant time for businesses across the UK to reflect on their commitment to inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.

Organised by Inclusive Employers, the theme this year is "Impact Matters," encouraging companies to not only discuss inclusion but to take meaningful, measurable action that fosters true workplace equality.

Inclusion is more than just a buzzword. While diversity focuses on representation from different demographics, inclusion ensures that everyone, regardless of background, feels welcome, valued, and respected.

As Rufus Hood, Country Manager UK at Coople, explains: “Inclusion is about making sure that everyone feels welcome, comfortable and valued in the workplace. Building a culture of inclusion is essential to build diversity in your teams and for a positive work environment at all levels of the organisation.”
