In the current competitive market, where benefits are as part of the reason, if not the main reason, a person joins a company, as much as pay – getting your benefits offering right can be a main element of your firm’s success. It can boost your attraction and retention, and lead to a thriving workforce.

However, according to research from Benefex, despite 64% of HR and Reward professionals rating their organisation’s employee experience as ‘excellent’, only 20% of global employees think the same (13% in the UK).

This indicates a growing need for employers to bridge this gap and understand why they aren’t adequately addressing the needs of their workforce.
