Is football coming home? Are your employees coming in?

Euro 2024 kicks off on Friday June 14, and expectations are high for teams and fans alike. Managers will be hard at work preparing their teams for success in the tournament.

At the same time, employers should be on the ball when it comes to managing staff and ensuring provisions are in place to keep productivity levels high, especially with plenty of big matches ahead.

Two home nations will be competing - England and Scotland - the latter of which will play host nation Germany in the opening fixture of the tournament. And of course, employers with more diverse workforces will have an array of national teams being cheered on.
