It’s a bit of a stereotype that CEOs are driven workaholics who never take any time out of their busy schedules to relax.

It’s certainly the case that CEOs work extremely hard – a Harvard Business Review found that CEOs typically work on 79% of weekends, averaging 3.9 hours a day, and on 70% of vacation days, averaging 2.4 hours a day, plus an average 62.5 days a week. However, burnout is also on the increase among the C-Suite – a whopping two-thirds of US CEOs are considering whether to resign their job due to burnout, according to recent research by Deloitte.
