Job-hopping has become a feature of the workplace now – job-to-job moves in the UK hit a record high of 994,000 in the period of January to March 2022. As the “Great Resignation” shows no sign of slowing down, that figure may well climb upwards and break the record in the next quarter, too.

This means that talent retention is one of, if not the top issue on most employers’ agendas.
