In a bid to win ‘the war for talent’, employers and leaders have been known to use certain tactics to attract and retain top talent.
Offering lavish perks is one of them. Grapevine Leaders’ sister publication HR Grapevine has previously reported on several of perks that employers have offered, from free Botox at lunchtime, tattoos, designer bags and even fancy meals.
While these perks may be enticing to some people, as employees continue to work from home, it appears that employees are looking for another benefit – one that centres around good technology
This is something that came to light in Workfront’s 7th Annual State of Work report which revealed that 49% of the US workforce would leave their job due to frustrations with technology.
