HR Grapevine recently sat down with Jacky Simmonds, the Chief People Officer at Experian, to talk HR function, communication and work-life balance.

Simmonds, who joined the company in July of 2020, is responsible for the group’s global HR strategy, including Board and executive remuneration, reward strategy, succession planning, talent management and organisational design.

In this interview, Simmonds shares her thoughts on HR’s performance over the course of the pandemic, and how it can remain an agile function in the uncertain future, among other things.
