Now that ‘Freedom Day’ has passed, some employees will have started to return to the workplace.

While some may be looking forward to the prospect of seeing colleagues in-person once again, others may have concerns about returning as data has pointed towards.

For example, data published in the Supporting Your Remote Workforce in 2021 and Beyond report found that 40% are worried about getting coronavirus from colleagues if they have to work from a central location.

In addition to this, data from CPD Online College shed light on the top concerns among staff when it comes to returning.
