Whilst many leaders of start-ups or challenger companies claim to be disruptive, few live up to the standard set by UK-based alcohol brand Brewdog and its founder James Watt.
Scottish-born Watt set up the company back in 2007 with partner Martin Dickie in the height of the microbrewery trend, and has consistently grown the company from its humble beginnings to a multi-national operation.
Known for its divisive marketing campaigns, left-field business techniques and very public-facing decision-making processes, Brewdog has developed a reputation as one of the leaders in the brewing industry, with a highly diverse portfolio of products and a successful range of outlets, known as Brewdog Bars.
