Being a strong, divisive leader throughout the coronavirus pandemic has been essential to maintain the success of a business and retain the loyalty and trust of staff.

And New Zealand Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern, has been praised for her divisive action since the pandemic erupted last year. In fact, a new study has named the female PM the ‘most successful pandemic leader’.

Business training course provider The Hub Events recently surveyed 1,000 British workers asking them which world leaders they believed have been the most successful during the current crisis.

Ardern pipped the UK PM Boris Johnson (16%) to the post, with 54% of the votes. Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel garnered 23%, Canada’s PM Justin Trudeau received 12% and Scott Morrison, PM of Australia gained eight per cent.
