Much like spinning plates, the role of a boss is to ensure that all areas of the business are serviced and given adequate attention. However, with such a massive workload and limited hours in the day, how do executives manage?

One leader believes that she has the answer. Founder and CEO of Butlr Health, Christine Carrillo, recently took to Twitter to extoll the virtues of what she believed to be properly utilising an executive assistant.

“The most undervalued asset of a CEO is an Executive Assistant,” she told her 6,200 followers, explaining that by truly understanding how to use her EA, she shaves herself ‘60% of time’.
