For example, previous research from EBRI found that 78% cited work perks as an extremely important part of their decision-making process when taking on a new job. Elsewhere, data from Willis Towers Watson found that 75% of employees are likely to stay with their employer if there is a good benefits package available.
While money may be a top priority for many, separate data has found that it isn’t necessarily the top of the agenda among jobseekers. This dovetails with 2019 data from Glassdoor which found that in the US and UK, Millennials are more likely to prioritise company culture about salary.

In addition to this, 73% of all adults surveyed said that they would not apply to an organisation unless its values aligned with their own. As the data has shown, there are several things jobseekers may be looking for in a new role aside from salary.
